Route : Astbury lake -  Canal Tow Path - Mow Cop - Congleton Edge - Rear side of the Cloud          

Weather: A fine, sunny evening but a cool breeze on the edge  

Indian: The Rawal Lake           

Items of interest :

• Excellent route & guiding by Mark . Big John did a good job as sweeper up . The boys even threw in a confrontation with a grumpy farmer to make sure we felt "at home" in these foreign parts.   
• Good to see Bernard and Coley  
• Thornton Transalp bling on show - and the new steeds were presented clean for the one and only time in their lives (no doubt). 
• Lots of lager drunk but no Phil Ball present 
• No unauthorized bulk buying of lager by Pete
