Route: Tytherington- Barracks Lane standard route - Black Rd - Byrons lane- Langley - Leathers Smithy - Reverse Nessit to Standing Stone - Rd to Forest Chapel - Reverse charity (half way) - cut through forest on "steps route" - Rd ascent to charity lane - Rd descent to Walker Barn - Bullhill - Rainow - Oakenbank lane - The Poachers

•  Lowest turnout in 2006 - two 

• Almost entire route completed in daylight

• In the Poachers for 8.20pm where Ostrich and Seabass were consumed (washed down with Typhoon and Landlord)       

• Lovely sunset but we got caught in a nasty shower on the exit from the forest
